This apartment unfortunately cannot be reserved by guests with kids below the age of 10. From March 1st until October 31st this apartment can only be reserved for the full price for 4 persons.
For people with walking impediment this apartment is unfortunately not eligible.

Specifics
In the second bedroom a 1,40m wide bed is available either for one adult or two children. A reservation for 4 persons is only possible after prior consultation. For persons with walking impediment the apartment is not recommended. Guests of this apartment will have seating reserved in the scenic inner courtyard. But the apartment does not come with a private terrace. Unfortunately, the apartment can not be booked with children under 8 years.
Apartment 5
Mansarde for 1-4 persons

- Separate and private terrace which is not visible from outside with 4 seats and 2 deckchairs
- The apartment disposes of two bedrooms and one bathroom. The toilet and bidet are in a separate room.

General information
All apartments are non-smoking apartments. As all apartments are suitable for allergy suffering people, it is not possible to bring pets with you. We provide a washing machine, detergent, dryer, iron and ironing board for collective usage. The final cleaning is included in our prices. For a stay of more than 8 nights an intermediate cleaning of the apartment is included in the price. The minimum duration of stay is two nights, from march till end of october we have higher minimum duration of stay that can be found in our bookingportal. You can find the availabilities of all apartments on the home page under the heading “Booking”. If you scroll down a bit and then select “Show availability calendar”, you will see a complete booking overview of all apartments. If you then go with the cursor on a date, a window will open and show you the minimum stay in this period. You may settle your bill at the time of departure in cash or with debit card.
Our apartments are available at 4pm on the day of arrival. An early arrival is possible upon request. On the day of departure, please leave the apartment before 11 am.
Booking, Booking cinfirmation and cancellation
When booking via our homepage you are sure to book at the best price. Please ask for an individual offer when booking more than 10 nights. We reserve the right to cancel online bookings within 24 hours.
You may cancel your booking free of charge within 24 hours after booking or until 30 days prior to arrival. After that, we charge the full amount in case we are not able to resell the apartment.
Services
We offer a bread roll or full breakfast service. If you want to make use of our breakfast offer, we will gladly send you more information. In case you are travelling by train to Neustadt, we are happy to pick you up at the main station.
Facilities
Kitchens
All kitchens are equipped with high quality kitchenware by Miele, Rosenthal and WMF. A dish washer and a combined oven and microwave are available in each kitchen. Also they come with a Nespresso coffee machine, Nespresso capsules can be purchased from us. Furthermore an egg boiler, a toaster, a water kettle and a milk frother are available.
Bedrooms
Apartments 2 through 5 are equipped with premium beds by Schramm – pure luxury! All beds come with two separate mattresses. Of course the sheets are already put on the bed upon your arrival. We put great value on your well-being in choosing the cushions and bedspreads. Usually the beds are equipped with 40x80cm pillows. Upon request 80x80cm pillows are also available. Our pillows and bedspreads are suitable for allergy sufferers. Extra-long bedspreads can be provided.
Bathrooms
All showers come with level access and rainfall shower heads. A bidet is available in each bathroom. A hair dryer, a make-up mirror, as well as an amenity kit, terrycloth slippers and a bathrobe are part of the standard set-up. Towels can be exchanged by each guest as required without additional cost.
Consumer electronics / WI-FI/WLAN
Free Wi-Fi as well as satellite television and a BOSE or Bang & Olufsen loudspeaker system are available in all apartments.
