Content liability

As a service provider we are according to § 7 par. 1 TMG responsible for our own content in obedience to the general law. According to §§ 8 through 10 TMG we as a service provider are however not obliged to monitor submitted or saved third party information or to search for conditions pointing to illicit activities. Obligations to remove or block the use of information according to general law are not affected. A liability hereof however consists only from the moment of gaining notice of a tangible breach of law. After a breach of law becomes known the content will be removed immediately.

Liability for links

Our internet presence contains links to third party websites whose content we cannot influence. Therefore we cannot warrant for their content. Solely the provider or the operator is responsible for the content on the linked websites. The linked websites were reviewed at the time of linking in order to find possible statutory violations. Illicit content was not identifiable at the time of linking. However a permanent content control for all linked websites without a concrete indication is not reasonable. We undertake to remove such links immediately if and when legal infringements become known.
